Well Rested Baby offers smaller plans for quick advice or direction on a specific area of sleep. Want to have a quick chat about your child's sleep or need a bit of clarification? Consider phone support. Not much of a phone person? Three day email consultations are perfect for parents who need advice on a specific area of sleep or for parents who already have a plan in place but want some suggestions on how to tweak or implement the plan. Examples include: how to schedule naps, transitioning from two naps to one nap, transitioning from one nap to no naps, or transitioning your child out of a crib and into a “big kid’s” bed. Note - the 3 day email consultation does not include a complete written sleep plan as it is just for tweaks to your current sleep regimen. We also offer a one day email consultation for returning customers who need some additional help after the completion of their initial consultation(s) with Well Rested Baby.
How does phone support work? We will schedule a time for your call and send you a new client form to be completed 24 hours before the call. We will then chat for as long as needed (within reason) and you will simply be billed for the time used. Please note, there is a 30 minute minimum for phone support.
How do email consultations work? Regardless of the length of email consultation you choose we will send you a Well Rested Baby client intake form to fill out. If you choose a three day email consultation you will then have three days of emails for us to work together to solve your child's sleep issues. You do not need to use all three days of emails consecutively with this package, but we do ask that you use them within two weeks of the purchase date. If you are a returning customer and choose a one day email consultation you will have one day of email for us to thoroughly address your child's current sleep issue. For both the one and three day email plans, you can expect up to 3 emails a day as we work towards your goal.
Please note that we are typically able to check our emails at least three times throughout the day (in the morning, around lunch time and in the early evening) and can send out email replies then. You can expect 3 email exchanges per day.
