This is our most popular consultation option as it includes a thorough conversation about your child’s sleep needs and a complete primer on best practices for healthy sleep! We offer One, Two and Three Week options for the Phone or Skype Consultation packages.
How do phone and FaceTime consultations work? We will send you a Well Rested Baby client intake form to fill out and will come up with a time to talk that is convenient to your schedule. You choose which mode of communication you prefer (phone or FaceTime) and off we go. We will spend about an hour or so discussing your intake form, getting answers to follow-up questions and beginning to formulate a plan to address your child’s sleep issues based on your child’s sleep needs and your parenting philosophies. Once we have had a chance to review and analyze all of the information we have gathered we will send you a sleep plan which is acceptable to both parents and is clear and easy to implement. You will receive your custom sleep plan within 48 hours of our initial consultation.
Follow-up support: Often families need just a bit of reassurance or help answering questions that come up while implementing our sleep plan. Since follow-up support is such a critical component to your success, you will have access to Well Rested Baby for either a one, two or three week period (depending on which you choose) following our initial consultation. After our consultation, we encourage you to email us daily for support as you are implementing the plan. Please note that we are typically able to check our emails at least three times throughout the day (in the morning, around lunch time and in the early evening) and can send out email replies then.
ONE WEEK PLAN- Phone or FaceTime Consultation: Includes initial 60 minute consultation and one week of follow-up email support with up to 2 emails per day. Cost – $275 (If you begin with a one week plan and need additional support the cost is $100 per week that is added on.)
TWO WEEK PLAN- Phone or FaceTime Consultation: Includes initial 60-90 minute consultation, two week of follow-up email support with up to 2 emails per day, and one 15 minute follow-up phone call. Cost – $350 (Plus $150 for each additional child. Three weeks support in total to allow plans to be staggered.) *Not including multiples as there is no additional fee.
(If you begin with a two week plan and need additional support the cost is $100 per week that is added on.)
THREE WEEK PLAN- Phone or FaceTime Consultation: Includes initial 60-90 minute consultation, three weeks of follow-up email support with up to 2 emails per day, and two 15 minute follow-up phone calls. Cost – $425 (Plus $175 for each additional child. Four weeks support in total so that plans can to be implemented separately.) *Not including multiples as there is no additional fee.
ONGOING SUPPORT FOR EXISTING CLIENTS/ADD-ONS.
The Monthly Maintenance Plan: This ongoing support package can be added on to any sleep plan. Purchase either six or twelve months of support for $50 a month which includes 4 e-mails per month. Our monthly maintenance plan offers individualized guidance and support during the various early childhood milestones. This ensures that everyone always stays well rested! Cost – $50/month
Year long support: To be added on to sleep plan package. Add 3 days of e-mail check-ins throughout the following year for sleep support. Up to 3 e-mail exchanges per day. Cost – $100
Modified One Week Phone Consultation (For returning clients only.) – Includes: 30-minute Initial Consultation; development and delivery of Sleep Plan sent via email; and 6 follow up emails (total) to be used within seven days following the Implementation Day. Cost: $150
